More cool blog tools

I’ve been raving about some blog tools here and also Nick Peters & I over at Wediaup - but here is another example called Skribit.  (I found it in my feeds from Social Media Today.)  The quote is from the SMT post:

As Paul envisioned it – “It’s where you go for tomorrow’s news or a Techmeme for tomorrow.”

It is similar to the blog add-on called Zemanta.  But Skribit is more of a forecasting tool.  It would be cool if someone had more info on Skribit usage - anyone?

I might be able to dig up a little info on Skribit usage, what would you like to know?

@lanceweatherby I’m wondering how most people are using it. I really like what Zemanta does for the blog post - but this seems very cool as well.

Well golly, people are using it as a blog topic suggestion application. ; )

We have actually found it to work best on for lack of a better term, mid level bloggers. Those with enough traffic that they are getting comments, but not so much traffic that their blog page space becomes too valuable. We are seeing the application get a lot of use within this loosely defined group and are seeking feedback on how to make it more valuable.

Thanks for giving it a whirl and let us know what you think.
